First San Francisco Screening of Documentary: ART and Revolutions

The new documentary about artist Jose Guadalupe Posada, ART and Revolutions will be screened at the San Francisco Art Institute on September 17, 2014.

The film will be shown at 7:30 PM at the main theater (900 Chestnut Street San Francisco, CA 94133) which seats about 200 people.

A film trailer may be viewed at: www.posada-art-foundation.com.

The screening at the San Francisco Art Institute represents a unique occasion as it is one of the most prestigious schools on the West Coast and it is home to one of the earliest murals done in the US by Diego Rivera back in 1931. Diego Rivera played a big part in helping to recognize Posada's role and legacy.
